Sections are colour coordinated to the pages in the book layout, so I know what actions and dialogue take place within the scope of the 24 pages.
An old character Concept for Deyo the Jack of clubs
The cold of his home Eletheria is reflected in his clothes. references from Inuit and other Arctic inspirations influence the direction of his design. I want to implement a modern aesthetic as well while keeping the traditional feel of his people.
Long slender face to show his unassuming and apathetic demeanor. look las though he doesn't want to be a part of anything. reluctant and lazy.
Braids and lots of crazy stuff for his hair as shown in the reference images make him look interesting.
Will refine before production on book.
